Visitors to Vietnam need to have entry formalities.  Entry Visas are issued at Vietnam’s representative diploma or consular offices in foreign countries. Incase, there is not at Vietnam’s representative diplomatic and consular offices in foreign countries, visitors can get a visa at the border gate but you must have an appointment by authorities in Vietnam or go travelling tour which was organized by Vietnam's international travel company.

An application model for entry form (model can be changed according to Vietnam’s representative diplomatic and consular offices in foreign countries). There are two models: one for foreigners and another one for Vietnamese settling abroad. You need to declare fully and accurately the required items

Two photos size 4x6 or 3x4

Original passport

Fee for issuing visa

The application and photos was sent to Vietnam’s representative diplomatic and consular offices in foreign countries as soon as it is the most convenient for you. If requested, the results can send through post office (customers need to provide stamped envelopes with full name and address of the receiver). It is more convenient to apply for a visa when traveling through a Vietnam’s international travel company.

2.                    Date and place of birth

3.                    Nationality

4.                    Position

5.                    Number of passport

6.                    Date of arrival and leaving

      7. Which country you intend to get Visa of Vietnam’s representative diplomatic and consular office in, especially, to Vietnamese setting in foreign country, some additional information such as year, reason, transport of leaving Vietnam, name and address of relatives in Vietnam, relationship with relatives in Vietnam
